We only accept 10 women at a time inside the program. We work with a very small group of women so we can ensure that you receive plenty of 1:1 coaching and direct access to Cassie & Shay in your business throughout our time together.

How long do I have to commit to being in the program?
Our Scale with Purpose Mastermind is a monthly, high-level business mentorship experience for a small group of 10 women. There's no long-term contract, just a monthly commitment with a 60-day cancellation notice if you decide to leave.
We're incredibly proud to share that most women who join the program stay in the program for a minimum of 1.5 years because of the incredible value and growth they receive and achieve with us!
When and where will the retreat take place?
